The two black plastic clips on the door mirror glass are noticeably thicker than the original and were difficult to install in the side view mirror assembly slots. Even after installing, they inhibited movement. I replaced them with the original white ones from the old mirror. Noticed the clips from the new mirror had indented from where they fit into the slot in the door mirror assembly. Would not recommend if you need to replace the clips also with the mirror glass.
